All orders placed between Monday – Friday before 5p.m. ET will be processed same day, Excluding holidays.  Orders placed on the weekend will be proessed the next business day ( The following Monday)  Orders placed with Gorgeous Glory are shipped through USPS carrier. Gorgeous Glory  is not responsible for any packages that are delayed to mishandling by carrier (USPS) undeliverable addresses, weather, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. Once package is in carriers possession , we are not liable for any damaged, delayed or lost packages. If your package says delivered, but did not receive package  or shipping status has not updated, please contact USPS directly and file a claim with by calling 1(800) 275-8777, be sure to have your tracking number on hand. 

   Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Always double check your address for any mistakes or missing apartment numbers. Since we process all orders fairly quickly  any requests for address changes will not be guaranteed.   Undeliverable addresses include: missing PO Box Numbers, incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses or return to sender.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our facility, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping rate varies depending on a few factors:

  • Selected shipping method

  • Package total weight 

  • Domestic & International shipments

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is very fast, We only ship first class mail​ (USPS). Orders are processed 1-2 days. Shipping then takes 2-5 business days which can be tracked by the tracking information that’s provided via  email once your order has been processed 

How do i track my order?

Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. 
If you don’t see the email, We can help fill out the Contact Us page and we will responds in a timely matter. 

Please be sure to enter a valid address (Including apartment, unit or suite number)  when completing your order. All orders placed with and insufficient address will be returned. Thus prolonging your package expected delivery date. Reshipment will be at owners expense. 

    All Merchandise purchased from Gorgeous Glory, are final. Their are no refunds or exchanges on products.  All Sales Are Final! If item is defective or damaged contact us  via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your package. Send to  [email protected]. Proof of manufacturing damages are required. Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to ship item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
